User’s Agreement
or Terms of site use

This agreement confirms the conditions of using the information and service for the users www.virtualtur.md, hereinafter referred to as the Site.

1. General conditions.

1.1. The use of site information and service is carried out according to the standards spelled out in the legislation of the Republic of Moldova in force at the moment.

1.2. This agreement – is the public offer. Having access to the site, you are automatically joined to the current Agreement.

1.3. The Administration of the Site has the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally at any time. These changes come into force after 3 (three) days as a new version of the Agreement has been placed on the site. In case of disagreement with recent changes, User is obliged to stop using the Site and all of its materials.

2. Obligations of the User.

2.1. The User agrees that he mustn’t do any actions that are in offense and non-compliance with the law of the Republic of Moldova or international law, including intellectual property, copyright and / or related rights, and besides other actions, which lead to difficulty of the normal work of the Site and its services.

2.2. It isn’t allowed the use of materials displayed on the Site without the permission of copyright holders. For the legitimate use of the Site materials, it is necessary to conclude a licensing deal / to obtain a license from the copyright holders.

2.3. It is necessary to specify a reference to the site when citing information posted on it, including the protected works of authorship.

2.4. It isn’t allowed comments and other notes, made by User, which are contrary to Moldovan legislation and generally established norms of morality and ethics.

2.5. The site administration is not responsible for other external resources, links to which are possibly been on the site, as well as for their visit and use of their information and User is notified about it.

2.6. User agrees that the Site administration isn’t responsible directly or indirectly for any probable User losses, tied with the information on the site, service or merchandise, potential or acquired through outsourcing or other user contacts obtained by using available information or links on the Site.

2.7. All the information and services of the Site, or portions thereof, may be accompanied by advertising, and the user confirms this item. The Site administration isn’t responsible for possible advertisements.

3. It is strictly forbidden.

Any information which humiliates the honor and dignity of other people. Pornographic materials and everything connected with it. Slogans and appeals related to national, racial and other discrimination and hostility. The information containing a fascist and terrorist tendency. Invocation to the revolution and the overthrow of the current regime in any country. If the user places any of the following materials, he will be blocked.

4. Other terms and conditions.

4.1. Any conflicts associated with the current Agreement or derived from it, must be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

4.2. None of the points of the Agreement can not be construed as establishing any agency or companion partnership, relations in joint activities, private employment relationship or other relationship between the User and Site administration, which aren’t alleged by the agreement.

4.3. In the case of judicial invalidation or non-enforcement of any of the paragraphs of the Agreement, certain points remain valid and binding.

4.4. The passivity and inactivity by the Administration of the Site on the fact of non-compliance with the User Agreement does not imply that the Site administration does not have the right to take the necessary measures later.

The user confirms that he is familiar with all the provisions of this Agreement and accepts them completely.
