Regency offers conference facilities for up to 100 people for events such as official meetings, corporate parties, products presentations, promo events, etc. For your convenience, the conference room is equipped with the necessary equipment - projector, screen and flipchart.

We can also provide the following services for an additional charge: simultaneous translation equipment, and catering.

CONSILIUM - The present room configuration is set to accommodate 40 delegates seated at the table, and another 16 invitees on seats in the room. If the meeting is held in several languages, the interpreters are placed in the translation room provided with video and sound.

Option 1 - The maximum capacity in this configuration - 56 people.

Option 2 - The maximum capacity in this configuration - 65 people.

THEATRAL - The present room configuration is set to accommodate 100 invitees on seats in the room. If the meeting is held in several languages, the interpreters are placed in the translation room provided with video and sound.

The maximum capacity in this configuration - 100 people.

IN GROUPS - The present room configuration is set to accommodate 55 invitees at tables by 8 persons per table with the presidium in front. If the meeting is held in several languages, the interpreters are placed in the translation room provided with video and sound.

The protocol room can accommodate up to 40 invitees. The room is equiped with projector, screen, flipchart, Wi-Fi internet. For aditional necessity equipmnet for simultaneous translation can be installed.
